About Us - We are a female photography team, so you get two photographers with over 25 years of photography experience, and/or a videographer, and more than 12 years of experience in the wedding business here in the Washington, DC area, so we know it well. We have won awards for our work and have many satisfied customers all over the country. Our style is friendly and unobtrusive, and we customize our approach to your preference for formal and photojournalistic candid shots. We focus on you, only shooting one wedding per day. We use professional equipment, film and processing, and we also offer black and white photos for traditional long lasting memories. Your negatives are yours to keep, as well. We offer a selection of albums and folios to display your photos, or give as gifts. Our goal is to provide you with a fine collection of memorable photographs that will bring you many years of enjoyment of your special day.

Site Visits -We're available to visit your sites beforehand to determine the best way to photograph your wedding, including what the lighting will be like just at the time of your ceremony. We shoot as much of the actual ceremony events as possible, without intruding or interrupting. We understand the attention should be focused on you and your ceremony, not on us. We look for expressions and gestures that will remind you of the moments that go by so quickly during the ceremony, so you can relive them every time you open your album or view your DVD.
Two Photographers/videographer - With two photographers and/or videographer, we can better cover events happening at the same time in different places, as well as get different angles of the key events, like the cake cutting or first dance. We are never in your face or pushing your guests out of the way to get our shots. We work to stay out of your way so you can enjoy yourself, not be posing all the time, and have more natural photographs. We feel this approach gets the best photographs, especially photojournalistic style candids that tell the story of your day. We shoot your guests, catching up with old friends or family members, the kids having fun on the dance floor or snoozing in dad's lap after an active day, mom and dad smiling as they dance together enjoying a "date" atmosphere again, the two of you looking at each other and your friends like you never want to forget the moment. These are the feelings and emotions we strive for in our candids, the things that bring back the memories for you. We are proud of our candids, and we feel this is their best purpose. We also make sure to get the key moments of the reception, the things everyone expects to see: the toast, first dance, cake cutting, etc... as well as those events you may or may not be aware are taking place elsewhere.
Packages - Our packages include ALL of your digital negatives on CDs, the album of all of your color and black & white prints, and 8 x 10" and 5 x 7" enlargements of your choice, plus ONLINE ORDERING is included in every package. You own your wedding pictures, not us. Our videography packages include full coverage of key events, as well as montages and fun "shorts" of the activities of the day, well wishes from your guests, etc... with music, titles, and special effects, packaged in a jewel case with custom label.
